Excerpts from SURCHER’S draft MANIFESTO of the CAMERA:
1 The CAMERA is a TOOL. But it is also a WEAPON.
2 The PLASTIC world is destroying the REAL WORLD
3 The SCREEN eats the REAL WORLD and shits out PLASTIC.
4 PLASTIC TIME is when we are on the SCREEN, when we are in the SCROLL
5 REAL TIME is when we are together, when we are CONNECTED with THE ONE
6 The CAMERA is a WEAPON when we use it to feed the PLASTIC WORLD
7 The CAMERA is a TOOL when we use it to reveal THE ONE
8 When you hold the CAMERA, can you hold the weight of REAL TIME? Or are you just feeding the PLASTIC WORLD?”
